NOVELTY!
PROGRESSIVE-LINE implants

SCREW-LINE

PROMOTE®

PROMOTE® PLUS

SCREW-LINE implants are slightly conical screw implants with Promote® (1.4 mm machined implant neck) and Promote® Plus (0.4 mm machined implant neck) surfaces.

Both implant types have a Tube-in-Tube ™ internal shape design with square grooves, which allows for Platform Switching design. CAMLOG® PS gum formers, PS impression abutments and PS abutments can only be used for CAMLOG® SCREW-LINE implants.

CAMLOG® SCREW-LINE implants are sold in sterile packaging with a color-coded insertion post corresponding to their diameter.

PROGRESSIVE-LINE

PROMOTE® PLUS

The thread of the PROGRESSIVE-LINE extends all the way to the tip of the implant. This greatly facilitates immediate implantation. The so-called intelligent threading is deeply connected to the bone, perfectly dissipating axial forces and helping to compact the bone.

A special 'coronal anchor thread' is located on the neck of the implant. This threading provides adequate stability even with a limited amount of bone. The conical part of the implant is shaped like a tooth root. This, on the one hand, greatly contributes to the primary stability of the implant and, on the other hand, reduces the diameter of the implant, which can facilitate implantation in challenging cases.

PROMOTE® surface

CAMLOG® SCREW-LINE and ROOT-LINE 2 implants have a Promote® surface. This abrasive-blasted and acid-etched surface extends to a smoothly turned strip on the neck edge of the implant, which is 1.4 mm wide for the Promote® surface CAMLOG® SCREW-LINE implant, and for the Promote® plus surface CAMLOG® SCREW-LINE and CAMLOG® ROOT- For the LINE 2 implant, 0.4 mm.

Promote® surface has been shown to be excellent for securing dental implants in bone with bone histological and biomechanical scientific studies. These results demonstrate that the Promote® surface allows for rapid and safe osseointegration of CAMLOG® implants.

CAMLOG® Tube-in-Tube® implant abutment connection

At the heart of the CAMLOG® implant system is the innovative implant-abutment connection - the Tube-in-Tube® (“tube-in-tube”).

This precise, non-rotating form fit allows for easy and long-lasting prosthetic rehabilitation from the individual crown to the bridge, or even a long-lasting, secure screw-mounted restoration.

The shape fitting and the connection of specially arranged cams and grooves in the Tube in Tube® design allow for an optimal distribution of the forces acting on the joint. The screw securing the abutment barely receives any load, its function is only the vertical fastening. Thus, loosening or breaking of the screw can be largely ruled out.

These excellent properties are confirmed by clinical experience.

Internal thread and external geometry of the CAMLOG® implant

In the inner wall of the implant, which is designed for Tube-in-Tube® connection, each 3.8 / 4.3 / 5.0 / 6.0 mm outer diameter CAMLOG® implant is provided with an upper internal screw thread into which the gingiva former can be screwed (Fig. 3, for implants with a diameter of 3 mm, there is only a lower internal thread). Below this, in the apical direction, there is an M 1.6 or M 2.0 thread second internal screw thread (for CAMLOG® abutment and fixing screw).

When implanting the implant, one of the grooves inside the implant must be in the vestibular direction in order for the abutment to be positioned optimally. The markings on the outside of the insertion tools used for CAMLOG® SCREW-LINE and ROOT-LINE 2 implants correspond to the position of the grooves inside the implant.

Surgery

Surgical kits

CAMLOG / CONELOG SCREW-LINE surgical kit

CAMLOG ROOT-LINE 2 surgical kit

The CAMLOG® / CONELOG® SCREW-LINE and CAMLOG® ROOT-LINE 2 surgical kits contain all the surgical instruments needed to form a bone socket and insert an implant. The drills are organized in the surgical kit according to the CAMLOG color-coding, according to the treatment steps. Reusable and internally cooled drills ensure trouble-free bone socket preparation. The cutting-edge geometry of the drills results in excellent cutting performance and excellent osseointegration.

CAMLOG® and CONELOG® SCREW-LINE implants (due to their identical external geometry) can be inserted with the same surgical kit.

Osteotome kits

The quality and ease of use of the instruments in the CAMLOG® / CONELOG® SCREW-LINE osteotome kit are impressive. The osteotome preserves bone mass due to compression. Better primary stability is achieved with D3 and D4 quality bone. There are four clearly articulated osteotome sets - straight convex, curved convex, straight concave and curved concave.

Healing caps

The use of CAMLOG® gingiva formers supports the development of the peri-implant soft tissue during the healing period. The gingiva formers are available in three different shapes: cylindrical, bottleneck and wide-body.

CAMLOG® PS gingiva formers are also available for Platform Switching. They are tapered in diameter at the apical portion, allowing the soft tissue to adapt to the implant shoulder.

The COMFOUR® system

The new COMFOUR® system provides several prosthetic solutions for doctors at the same time. The multifunctional system introduces several concepts - the occlusal screwing option allows fastening of bars, crowns and bridges to straight and angled CAMLOG® and CONELOG® bar abutments. Its biggest advantage lies in its versatility as well as its optimized product design - thus providing a higher degree of comfort for the user and the patient.

The use of COMFOUR® saves time and thus offers greater flexibility for doctors and dental technicians. This concept allows for occlusally fixed prostheses and fulfills the patient’s desire for an easily removable, comfortable denture. On the one hand, COMFOUR® expands the existing solid solutions - crowns and bridges (including the Maló concept) - with new prosthetic possibilities, and on the other hand with convincing technical advantages such as anti-rotation mechanism, pre-assembled flexible handle, a Guide System 17 ° or 30 ° angled measuring device and sleek design.

Benefits of COMFOUR®

  • angle correction up to 30°
  • shorter treatment time as there is no absolute need for augmentation
  • a wide range of prosthetic options
  • sparing critical anatomical areas
  • bridges that can be fixed immediately as long-term solutions
  • safe healing of implants thanks to bridge and bridge constructions
  • affordable supply options

Thanks to the reduced tool palette, the Guide system is simple and easy to use. The products of the Guide system are made to fit each other precisely and optimally. 3D design with implant design software and the Guide system provides the user with simple, predictable, and safe bone socket preparation and implantation. All physiological structures can be considered when designing a precise implant placement.

The guided system has been integrated into the following 3D implant design software:

CAD / CAM titanium base

CAMLOG CAD / CAM titanium bases (for crown and bridge) serve as a connecting element for individual constructions made of the appropriate materials. CAD / CAM titanium bases for the crown include cams for Tube-in-Tube® connection, but not for the bridge.

Scan abutment for Sirona® scanbody

The scan abutment included with the Sirona® scanbody is used to record the position of the implant or laboratory implant in the Sirona® CEREC® and inLab software.

Scanbody

The scanbody is used for 3-dimensional optical positioning of implants in the mouth and within laboratory implants of the working model. Scanbodies are marketed sterile, allowing immediate intraoral use.

The scanbodies have been integrated into the following CAMLOG CAD libraries:

  • Titanium bases for CAD / CAM process
  • CAM titanium blocks

CAM titanium blocks

Custom, one-piece titanium superstructures and gingiva formers can be made from CAM blocks using CNC milling machines. CAM titanium blocks allow for prefabricated implant abutment connection and include a screw channel.

CAM titanium blocks are available in two designs:

IAC type:

The connection to the milling machine takes place at the implant-abutment connection. This type includes system-specific clamps (IAC type) for CAM blocks as the primary clamping device.

ME-type:

The connection to the milling machine is made on the side opposite of the implant-abutment connection, at the cylindrical part. Holders for Preface® superstructures (Medentika®) can be used as device-specific holder tool. These tools are available from the manufacturers of the appropriate CNC milling machines.

Machining both types of blocks requires a suitable CAM library, mounts, and brackets. Information on the compatibility of CAMLOG® CAM titanium blocks and CNC milling machines can be obtained from machine and software manufacturers.

CAD LIBRARIES

CAMLOG® CAM titanium blocks and CAD libraries containing the geometries of CAMLOG® scanbodies allow you to create one-piece titanium superstructures and gingiva formers. The libraries also contain the geometries of nt-trading DIM implant analogs, so they can be used to create a printable model with CAD software.

Scan cap for solid superstructures

The bar abutment scan cap is used to visually fix the prosthetic platform of CAMLOG® or CONELOG® bar abutments (including hexagonal surface leveling) in the mouth in three dimensions, or the prosthetic platform of laboratory implants analogs in the working model. The bar abutments are made of PEEK (polyether ether ketone) and are protected against rotation. The bar abutments are shipped sterile, allowing for immediate intraoral use.

CAD LIBRARIES

CAD libraries simplify the workflow and allow for precise results with the geometry of the bar abutments of the rigid superstructures and the proposal for the milling geometry.

Prosthetics

Single tooth restoration

Replacements for single tooth loss, whether fixed with cement or screws, are often a special challenge. The versatile system of CAMLOG® abutments provides a comprehensive range of solutions for both dentists and dental technicians.

Bridge restoration

When restoring several teeth, a number of CAMLOG® abutments are available for fixing bridge restorations with cement or screws.

Hybrid prostheses

The CAMLOG® implant system provides a number of abutments of different geometries to hold the entire dentures attached to the implant.

Temporary dentures

When restoring several teeth, a number of CAMLOG® abutments are available for fixing bridge restorations with cement or screws.

Single tooth restoration - cemented

Temporary abutments made of PEEK material

Adhesive temporary individual crown restoration can be made with a temporary abutment made of PEEK (poly (ether-ether-ketone)). If Platform Switching is selected, a PS abutment can be used to form the soft tissue. The Tube-in-Tube® implant abutment connection is used to ensure non-rotation.

Esthomic® abutments

Esthomic® abutments are particularly suitable for cemented crowns and bridges in areas that require aesthetic care. Thanks to the anatomically advantageous shoulder geometry and the two selectable gingiva heights, the amount of modifications to be made at the gingiva edge and the length of the workflow are shortened. Esthomic® abutments are also available in straight and 15 ° or 20 ° angled versions and are suitable for Platform Switching. Due to its narrow and straight (non-widening) shape, the Esthomic Inset abutment is especially suitable for tight tooth deficiencies.

Universal abutment

The universal abutment is used to carry a crown, bridge and telescopic crown. The universal abutment is made of titanium alloy and can be shaped into a unique shape by milling. By designing the right shape, the 20 ° angulation of the implant axis can be compensated for during the preparation of bridge restoration. If you choose Platform Switching, the PS universal abutment has a gradually narrowing diameter at the neck of the implant.

Gold-plastic abutment

CAMLOG® gold-plastic abutment is very versatile. The gold-plastic abutment is suitable for both individual crowns and bridges, as well as for the use of implants placed with different axial positions for telescopic anchoring, as pillars, by enabling stub patterning and casting to the individual desired shape using the casting technique. The gold-plastic abutment consists of a pre-molded base made of CERAMICOR alloy and a fully combustible patterned plastic (POM) sleeve.

Logfit® prosthetic system

With the help of prefabricated components in the Logfit® prosthetic system, cemented crowns and bridge restorations can be made for CAMLOG® implants in both the upper and lower jaw. By using the Logfit® prosthetic system, clinics and laboratories can save time by less work.

CAD / CAM titanium base

CAMLOG® CAD / CAM titanium bases for crowns are used as the basis for cementing suitable materials for custom-made individual crowns and mesostructures. Optical fixation of the base is accomplished with appropriate dental scanners by scanning inserts from third parties. Digitally recorded geometry is used to model and fabricate crowns and mesostructures using CAD / CAM technology. The crown version CAD / CAM titanium bases are supported with Tube-in-Tube® implant-abutment connection to ensure non-rotation.

Single tooth restoration - screw-mounted

Temporary abutment made of titanium alloy

Bridge restorations - screw-mounted

Temporary abutment made of titanium alloy

Temporary abutments made of bridge-type titanium alloy are used to the screw-mounted temporary bridge restorations. Abutments without Tube-in-Tube® implant-abutment connection are used to compensate for deviations in the implant shafts. The abutments can be covered directly with plastic.

Bar abutments

CAMLOG® bar abutments are suitable for occlusally screw-mounted crown restorations. The bar abutments and their associated prefabricated prosthetic elements fit together precisely. The bar abutments, which are color-coded based on the implant diameters, are available in straight, 17 ° and 30 ° angulated versions, as well as at different gingiva heights. castable crown base (castable gold alloy) and adhesive titanium base with bar sleeve for Passive-Fit (abbreviated as titanium alloy / POM). A plastic bridge can be made with titanium caps.

Anatomically specific areas

CAMLOG® bar abutments with 17 ° and 30 ° angulation are available to correct implant angulations. Where bone quantity is limited and the location of anatomical structures is not favorable for implantation, implants can be adjusted distally and appropriate prosthetic restoration can be established. This allows the bone to be used optimally.

CAMLOG® Vario SR prosthetic elements

For CAMLOG® SCREW-LINE and ROOT-LINE implants, prefabricated CAMLOG® Vario SR prosthetic elements can be used to make crowns, bridges and bars secured by occlusal screwing on the lower and upper jaw. Compensation for large angulations of the implants is possible by CAMLOG® Vario SR abutments with an angulation of 20 ° and 30 °.
