Thank you for purchasing from implantplaza.hu Online Shop! We hope you are satisfied with the products delivered.
Don't want to keep a product? Products that you do not want to keep for any reason can be returned to us or returned to the store and we will refund you the price of the product.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to the Government decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between a consumer and a venture , the consumer may withdraw from the contract and return the ordered product within 14 days from the receipt of the ordered product without giving reasons.
The Buyer shall bear the costs incurred in connection with the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
We are not able to take back products manufactured based on individual needs.
We can only take back the product we sell. The buy-back guarantee is also conditional on undamaged goods, completely undamaged factory packaging, the existence of the original invoice and the warranty letter and a warranty period of at least 12 months.
In all other cases, the GTC shall prevail.
How is the return done?
You can use any mode of transport (postal route, courier service) for return. Please note that the cost of returning the product will be borne by you.
If you have an Implantplaza customer account:
- Please log in to your customer account at www.implantplaza.hu. You can access the return form from the "My Orders" menu item in your account. Please use the order form.
Or download the from HERE -LINK Return Form
- Pack the product in its original packaging in a securely sealed cardboard box and place the completed form in the package.
- Ship the package to the following address:

If you do not have a customer account:
- Please contact our Customer Service. After presenting the order number, the return form will be sent to you by e-mail by the Customer Service.
- Pack the product in its original packaging in a securely sealed cardboard box and place the completed form in the package.

How do I get a refund if you return the product(s) as a package?
If you paid online by a credit or debit card during the order, the refund will be made to the bank account of your credit card used for payment. You have nothing else to do.
If you paid by cash upon delivery, you can request the refund by bank transfer or in cash - by payment by domestic postal order.
- To refund the amount you have paid to your bank account, please provide your bank account number on the return form.
- To refund the amount you have paid in cash - by domestic postal order - please contact our Customer Service.
How do I return the product to the store and how do I get a refund?
You can return the product(s) to a shop in Szeged with the presentation of the invoice confirming the purchase. The purchase price will be refunded in cash on site. You can request a refund of the delivery cost by transfer to a bank account or in cash
- by payment by domestic postal order
- at our Customer Service.

Warranty Assessment, Return under Warranty
CAMLOG® Warranty: The lifetime warranty for implants placed after January 1, 2011 and the 10-year warranty for the ones placed before it means even greater safety for the users of the CAMLOG® implantation system during prosthetic treatments.
An eligible user must comply with the conditions listed below. Exception: free replacement of non-osseointegrated implants.
Conditions of the CAMLOG® warranty: The CAMLOG® implant system is part of a unified concept, therefore only original parts and instruments may be used in accordance with the manufacturer's description and instructions. The use of foreign components can adversely affect the operation of the system. The use of non-system products exemp the company from providing all kinds of warranties and spare parts.
The CAMLOG warranty is valid if all products covered by the warranty have been used in accordance with the instructions and procedures provided in the CAMLOG user guides and manuals, and in accordance with general practice in dentistry and dental technology.
To validate the warranty, you need:
- non-osseointegrated implant (decontaminated and wrapped in foil)
- the completed Complaint Form in German or English
- defective prosthetic product (decontaminated and wrapped in foil)
- the completed Complaint Form in German or English

CAMLOG reserves the right to change or terminate the terms of the warranty program at any time. Modification or termination of the warranty does not apply to products that were implanted or warranted before the modification or termination of the warranty program.
